The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having kidnapped the victim girl i.e. the daughter of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the learned Magistrate wherein she has stated that she had gone to Mumbai with her friend Kajal and was working in a bangle factory as also she does not know about any Vikash Kumar and she has got no connection with him. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is ready to join investigation.

No.82073 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-6th, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
It is needless to state that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall appear at such place where investigating agency deems it fit and proper to direct the petitioner for appearance and in case the petitioner does not cooperate, the investigating agency shall be free to approach this Court for cancellation of bail.
