JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that liquor was recovered from the premises of the school. Petitioner was not there at the time of recovery. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the report of the spy of the police. Considering the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be
