Santosh Kumar and Shivam Kumar (petitioner) were apprehended during course of vehicle checking as were travelling on a motorcycle having a bag whereunder 101 pouches, each containing 200 ml., totalling 20.200 litres of country made wine were found. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 of the petition and is under custody since 14.10.2019.

Accordingly, the petitioner, Shivam Kumar @ Shiv Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge
