The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. case No. 227/2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

12.20 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from behind the shop of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 20.09.2019. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. case No. 227/2019.
