JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.133 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 30.05.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 105 litres of liquor was seized from Indigo Car and the petitioners have no concern either with the vehicle or with the seized wine. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners have boarded in the vehicle after taking lift from the driver. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 30.05.2018, the
