2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 293 of 2023/G.R. No. 2013 of 2023, dated 14.11.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner got appointment as Niyojit Block Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents/certificates under conspiracy with some other unknown persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4225 of 2024(3) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. There is a delay in lodging the F.I.R. It is further alleged that the petitioner has resigned from the post of Block teacher on 29.02.2024 as mentioned in para 3 of the supplementary affidavit.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 293 of 2023/G.R. No. 2013 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. The application stands allowed.
