Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation before the Commissioner, Gaya Municipal Corporation on 19.06.2024 and the same is still pending for consideration and the Commissioner had not disposed of the representation of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the writ petition be disposed of with a
Patna High Court CWJC No.1427 of 2025(2) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 direction to the Municipal Commissioner, Gaya (Respondent No. 7) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner which is still pending for consideration within a period of two months, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned, if so required.
3. With the aforesaid liberty/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
