JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Veer Kunwar Singh University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance appropriate writ//direction granting to decide the representation of petitioner made in terms of Award dated 09/12/2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 22504/13 by the Lok Adalat held at Hon'ble High Court (Annexure-P/1).

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/direction which the petitioner in the fact and circumstances of the case be found entitled to."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he only prays that the representation which

Patna High Court CWJC No.14471 of 2018 dt.30-07-2018 2/2 he has filed in terms of the agreement between the parties in C.W.J.C. No. 22504 of 2013, the authorities may decide the same. Copy of the same has been made Anneuxre-P/2 to the writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the University submitted that to facilitate matters and to ensure that such representation is decided, the petitioner may file a fresh representation before the authorities, who may be directed to decide the same.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
