Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018 in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, has not committed any offence. In fact, there was love affair between the son of the petitioner and the victim girl and they wanted to marry with each other without consent of the informant and on that pretext the petitioner happens to be father of Md. Arif has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody for the last two months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the
