Misc. No.40265 of 2018 it appears that the matter is for grant of anticipatory bail but due to typographical error in the fifth line of last paragraph of the order, it has been typed as „provisional bail‟ in place of "anticipatory bail".

As such in the fifth line of last paragraph of the order, let the words „provisional bail‟ be read as "anticipatory bail" and rest of the order shall remain intact.

Let the aforesaid order be communicated to the court below concerned.
