In this case, the petitioner is challenging the appointment of Kajal Kumari, respondent no.7, as Anganbari Sevika, having taken plea that her husband is earning more than Rs.25,000/- per month and in this regard a complaint has also been made by the villagers.

Already the petitioner has filed a complaint before the District Programme Officer, Sheohar.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12655 of 2018(2) dt.23-08-2018 2/2 Let the District Programme Officer, Sheohar, examine the complaint made by the petitioner on merit and dispose of the same after giving notice to respondent no.7. The petitioner, if so like, may file additional application before the District Programme Officer. The entire exercise should be completed by the District Programme Officer, Sheohar, within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
