Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that there is case and counter case on account of dispute between the petitioners and the informant.
Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82060 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
