2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 869 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 309(4) and 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and section 25(1B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioners' counsel are that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present matter and nothing incriminating material has been recovered from them and the alleged country made pistol was recovered from the co-accused Rahul Kumar, not from the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners are young persons, having fair and clean antecedent and have been

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioners.

5. Heard both the sides and perused the relevant materials. Though the petitioners were arrested at the spot when they were trying to escape after committing the offence of loot, however, considering their young age, custody period and fair and clean antecedent, coupled with completion of investigation against them, this Court is inclined to release them on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 869 of 2025.
