1. Heard the parties.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 4581 of 2024, which got dismissed due to non compliance of the peremptory order dated 11.11.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid peremptory order has been complied and requisites for issuance of notice upon the opposite party no. 2 has been filed after one day delay on 19.11.2024 instead of 18.11.2024.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is allowed and the connected case bearing Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 4581 of 2024 is restored to its original file subject to verification
