The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 398/19 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the alleged recoveries of English packed liquor was alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner in his absence and that seizure-list was prepared in presence of such persons who were enemical to the petitioner and that the petitioner has already been granted bail in connection with the other case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from
