2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 121/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 353/307/332/333/412/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner was involved in a dacoity. The petitioner and other criminals were caught by the police after an encounter and a huge amount of money i.e. Rupees Nine Lakhs Thirty-Two Thousand which was looted from the Finance Company has been recovered. The petitioner has nine similar and serious cases. He is in Jail since 22.06.2023.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and also the antecedents of the petitioner, this application is dismissed.

5. The District Judge, Muzaffarpur and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur are directed to conclude the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner at the earliest.

6. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the District Judge, Muzaffarpur and also to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur through FAX/e-mail forthwith for compliance of the order.
