The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20, 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in order to surrender before the learned court below.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and obtain regular bail.
