The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brahmpur (Nainijor) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner herein along with other accused persons having arrived at the house of the informant and assaulted the informant, her husband and others.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation levelled by the informant is general and omnibus in nature and no specific allegation of any overt act has been levelled as far as the petitioner is concerned, hence, it cannot be

However, it is submitted that as far as the informant and the injured Pintu Ram are concerned, the injuries found on their person are simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on account of local village politics and the petitioner is having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Nainijor) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
