JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 346 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 382, 511, 307/34 and 393 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019. He submits that first information report was registered against unknown persons. It appears that three persons riding on the motorcycle snatched away the bag of the informant and when he resisted then he was shot by the miscreants.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has remained in custody for more than five

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 346 of 2019.
