2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 609 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 379, 385, 386, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant Rahul Raj is the Manager of Indian Gas Agency and on 09.09.2023 he went to Khamari to collect the account of said gas agency. In the meantime, the petitioners came there armed with deadly weapon and demanded Rs. 10,000/- per month as ransom by pointing pistol and threatened to kill him. They also took three gas filled cylinders and went away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent. As a matter of fact, the land of the petitioner situates in front of the gas agency of the informant and he wanted to grab that land. On earlier occasion also, the informant lodged an FIR against the petitioners, i.e., Banka P.S. Case No. 388 of 2023 which is annexed with the record and from perusal of that FIR it appears that the informant himself had parked his truck in the land of the petitioner due to which some altercation had taken place.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 609 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
