2. The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs/direction/directions/order/orders for directing the respondents for proper investigation of the Bisfi P.S. Case No. 486 of 2023 dated 03.12.2023 instituted under section 302/201/34 of Indian Penal Code;
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.12 of 2024(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 (ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs/direction/directions/order/orders for commanding the respondent for arresting the FIR name accused who are moving freely whereas the case in non cognizable offence has already been instituted but neither the S.H.O. nor the investigating officer have taking any steps for arresting the accused persons.
3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances by way of filing a petition in accordance with law and in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409.
4. If such a petition is filed before the Magistrate concerned, the Magistrate will act in accordance with law and will pass an appropriate order without keeping the petition pending.
