Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.161 of 2018 arising out of Goraul P.S. Case No.116 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge,1st, Vaishali at Hajipur.

There is allegation against this petitioner that he along with other accused persons has committed murder of daughter of the informant and made the dead body disappear. Learned APP has submitted that it has come in the case diary that victim was taken to hospital in burnt condition, but there is no mention of recovery of dead body in the entire case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42759 of 2018 (5) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 Case has been registered under Sections 302 and 201 Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is husband of the deceased. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.
