2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 3,4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act and Sections 3 and 3(a) of the Child Labour Act, 1986.

3. The petitioners are accused of procuring minor children for working. They are in jail since 11.10.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioners and also the fact that they have clean antecedents, this

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2023.

7. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Nanpur Police Station, Sitamarhi on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
