2. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Barsoi Police Station Case No. 269 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons are said to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 29.07.2023 and she is mother-in-law of the deceased.

5. Considering the general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
