2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. case No. 503 of 2021 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution allegation, in short, is that on a written application by the Area Manager, L & T Financial Services, Motihari, F.I.R. has been instituted alleging fraudulent withdrawal or embezzlement of an amount to the tune of Rs. 4,78,228/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3437 of 2024(6) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. Referring to paragraph 9 of the application, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs. 4,78,251.60/- in the account of L & T Finance Ltd through RTGS on 11.10.2023 from the account of his mother(Annexure-P/2).
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that since the money has already been deposited vide Annexure-P/2, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Sugauli P.S. case No. 503 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
