No. 5587 of 2019 (D.B.).

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that there is inadvertent typographical error in the aforesaid order dated 29.4.2019 as in the 2nd paragraph of page no.1, Registration No. BR-061-6760, Engine No. GAB4444958, Chassis No. MAIPL2GAH92-A71060 has been wrongly typed in place of Registration No. BR06P/6760, Chassis No. MAIPL2GAH

Patna High Court MJC No. 5071 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 92A71060 and Engine No. GA84M44958. He further submits that in the operative portion of the order i.e. in paragraph no.5 at page no.3/3, after the expression "one surety along with the bank guarantee" the expression "or the original title deed of immovable property" will be incorporated.

In view of the above, let the order dated 29.4.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5587 of 2019 be modified to the extent indicated above.
