The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Valmiki Nagar P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 registered under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84353 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. In the alleged occurrence, both the parties have sustained injury. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Valmiki Nagar P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
