JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to raise all the issues raised in the present petition before the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Sasaram in the pending proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and it is further directed that the learned S.D.O., Sasaram shall consider the issues raised by the petitioner herein and only thereafter take a final decision in the pending 145 Cr.P.C. proceedings.
