The petitioner seeks bail in Alauli P.S. Case No. 248/2017, corresponding to S.T. No. 42/2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
In the written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing firearm injury to the daughter of informant, who died on the spot.
Post-mortem report is available in case diary, which shows that a metal bullet is found from Ant. Cranial Cavity. Death has been opined to be caused by firearm.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly,
