2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 325 , 379, 385 , 504, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code and u /s 27 of Arms Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , on 14.05.2024 at 3 : 00 AM , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons entered into the room of informant namely Mukunad Murari Kumar and assaulted and looted gold locket, fired and demanded rangdari. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature.
