2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65631 of 2025, due to inadvertence, petitioner has been shown as a lady though petitioner is a man. Hence, he prays that reference to the petitioner be corrected to be read as a man. Learned counsel further prays that time for surrender of the petitioner for furnishing bail bonds may kindly be extended by a further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88675 of 2025(2) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 period of four weeks.

4. Learned A.P.P. does not controvert aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In the light of the aforesaid submissions, in the order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65631 of 2025, let reference to the petitioner be read as a man. Further, time for surrender of the petitioner for furnishing bail bonds in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020 is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

6. Accordingly, order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65631 of 2025 stands modified to the extent, stated above.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the present modification petition stands disposed of.
