The State is represented through learned APP.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3198 of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been stated at the bar on behalf of both the spouses that they are ready to restore the matrimonial

This Court is at a loss to understand as to why even today, the dispute has not been resolved when both the spouses want to stay together as husband and wife. Let petitioner and opposite party no. 2 appear before the Court below and make such statement before the Court that they are willing to stay as man and wife under the same roof. If such statement is found to be genuine by the Court below, the petitioner shall be granted bail. Till the time the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 present themselves before the court below, the petitioner shall not be subjected to any coercive steps. This petition stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
