ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 05.05.2018 in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.237 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents and on the basis of some secret information, a motorcycle, which was stolen, has allegedly been recovered from the side of the road but not from the conscious possession of the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case only to wreak vengeance on the petitioners. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the

No.42506 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-1st, Patna City, in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.237 of 2018.
