The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case No.332 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32, 27 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 225 ltrs. of liquor from the Car of the petitioner . Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that two persons were apprehended including the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused only because he happens to be owner of the vehicle. He is in custody since 8.11.2019 and another co-accused (Kailash Kumar) has been granted bail, vide

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above and one co-accused has been granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case No.332 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial.
