2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2007 dated 06.04.2007 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 302, 201 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioners and the co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant's husband to death and the dead body of the informant's husband was found after two days of the alleged occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are ladies. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that against the conviction, the co-accused Shatrudhan Rai has been granted bail in Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No. 127 of 2016 and the said appeal is pending for hearing. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 01.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1798 of 2025(3) dt.15-04-2025 3/3 of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2007.

7. The application stands allowed.
