The petitioners seek bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019, dated 24.06.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that even though the petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R., but there is recovery of stolen

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81622 of 2019(3) dt.04-06-2020 2/2 motorcycles from their houses. Apart from this, the petitioners are stated to be accused in not less than six cases of similar nature.

For this reason, despite the petitioners being in custody since 13.08.2019, I am not inclined to grant bail to them for the present. The prayer for bail is accordingly rejected.

The application stands dismissed.
