JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-12-2019 In this case informant has appeared and has produced the certified copy of the order dated 29.11.2019 said to have been passed by learned court below which shows that cognizance of the offence under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (POA) Act has been taken and the petitioner has been summoned. There being a prima-facie case under the provisions of the SC/ST Act, learned counsel for the petitioner has realised that his remedy would lie in a different proceeding.
