2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 501 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused grievous injury over head of the informant by means of Farsa. Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 501 of 2021.
