2. The petitioner seeks bail in Patepur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2021, registered for offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Prince Kumar and Ajeet Kumar, who were apprehended on spot with arms and ammunition. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2024. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
