It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 1.5.2019, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 21641 of 2018, necessary order dated 30.7.2022 has has already passed by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra by which his prayer for grant of arms licence has been rejected and in that view of the matter, contempt petition has become infructous.
