The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barsoi (Kachna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 271 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 15 liters of illicit liquor from the bag of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
