The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 302, 506 of the IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act. 3.
As per the prosecution case, petitioner fired at the son of the informant as a result of which he sustained gunshot injuries and died on the spot.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.
Considering that the petitioner is the main assailant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for grant of bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. 8.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant.
