The present writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order(s), directions(s) commending the respondents and quashing the impugned selection list Dt. 24.06.2023 (Annexure 6) whereby the PDS license has been given to the Private Respondent ignoring the qualification and higher marks to the petitioner."

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already

Patna High Court CWJC No.1670 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 approached the Divisional Commissioner by way of representation dated 17.07.2023 ventilating her grievance, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Divisional Commissioner (Respondent No. 2) to consider the said representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law duly putting all parties on notice including Respondent No. 5.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner as well as Respondent No. 5 shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above direction, the present CWJC is disposed of.
