The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.147 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the order givers in the killing of the deceased. They are in custody since 24.11.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
