Petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 registered under Sections 379/411 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He is in custody since 23.03.2018, having no criminal antecedent.
