2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra PS Case No.397 of 2023 dated 30.12.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354-B, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant on his head by means of farsa.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Further submission is that there is land dispute between the parties and there is delay of four days in lodging the FIR. Learned counsel further submits that the injury report of the informant shows that he sustained two injuries; (I) incised

No.4339 of 2025(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 wound over scalp of size 3 cm x 1 cm x skin deep and (II) lacerated wound of size 0.5. cm x 0.5. cm over little linger of left hand and the nature of both the injuries are simple in nature. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2024 having no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Motihari, East Champaran, in Pipra PS Case No.397 of 2023.
7. The application stands allowed.
