Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in jail custody since 10.05.2018. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused made attempt to cultivate the land of informant but perusal of first information report itself to show that the petitioner was claiming of his right over the land in question on the basis of registered sale deed and, therefore, the aforesaid fact goes to show that there was bonafide land dispute between the parties. Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 578 of 2017.
