2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of an appropriate writ for direction to the respondent authorities to take necessary step in accordance with Law on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2023;

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ for direction to respondent authorities to take necessary steps in regard to removal of encroachment over the land of the petitioner;

Patna High Court CWJC No.923 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 (iii) for any other consequential relief or reliefs for which the petitioner will be found entitled in the facts and the circumstances of the present case.

3. A bare perusal of the petition would show that remedy of the petitioner lies elsewhere. He wants disposal of his representation pending before the Principal Secretary, Bihar, Patna.

4. A perusal of representation, it is not clear to which the same has been addressed. The State Counsel submits that different Annexures clearly shows that it is the dispute between the private individuals and recourse lies under the different section of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also the competent Civil Court.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of his grievance.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
