Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) directing the respondents to produce the proceeding dated 26-06-2018 so far it relates to the petitioner of Block Teachers Employment Committee, Sour Bazar and quash the same and for quashing of the office order contained in (Annex-10) memo no. 1624-2 dated 27-06-2018 passed and issued by the respondent no. 5 whereby

Patna High Court CWJC No.13888 of 2018 (2) dt.16-08-2018 and whereunder the petitioner has been transferred from middle school, Khazuri to upgraded middle school, Bancholaha.

And for pending disposal of the writ application may stay the operation of the office order contained in memo no. 1624-2 dated 27-06-2018 (Annex-10) passed and issued by the respondent no. 5".

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 30-11-2017 passed in CWJC No. 17424 of 2017.

The Block Development Officer-cum-Member Secretary of Block Teachers Employment Committee, Sour Bazar, District-Saharsa (respondent No. 5) is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
