At the very outset, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3, the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga for accepting the fee for Ph.D course within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall allow the same within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
